Introduction

The general manager is the highest administrator in our company, and the vice-general manager is in charge of the 5 departments: Sales dept, Personnel dept, Production dept, Finance dept, and Engineering dept. All department managers and vice-general manager report to the General Manager. The production department is the largest section, it includes assembly team, load cell processing team, PCB processing team, and machine processing team. The sales manager manages foreign and home sales teams. The engineering department have two big functions: quality control and research & development of new products.
